I recently bought a pair of shoes at Leffot on Christopher Street. Not long after the purchase, I received something rather nice — a hand written thank you card from the owner!

James, I'm not in the market for shoes but will be checking them out just because of this. Great customer service is so hard to find. That handwritten note was a nice touch indeed.
