Getting seven to eight hours of sleep each night is nearly impossible, and that's especially true if you live in NYC, but there are ways to get your body geared for some zzzz's without opting for a warm glass of milk and a graham cracker. In the book Eat This Not That, David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding share some pretty interesting before-bedtime foods and drinks that have been shown to induce "feel good" relaxation chemicals.
